What is The METHOD? |

The METHOD is an online resource database run by Mission Resourcing's Tauiwi Children Youth and Families Ministry for the Methodist Church of New Zealand. The METHOD exists to assist local youth and children ministry - with downloadable resources and material, all which can be contextualized to best serve the needs of your ministry.
The METHOD covers 6 main ministry areas - In Christ, In Connexion, In Touch, Leader Support, Administration and Health & Safety.
Original Resources:
The METHOD contains originally created resources from people all across the Connexion. These resources have been tried and tested in local churches, some for many years. These resources are designed specifically with the New Zealand Methodist context in mind - making them instantly more relevant than other overseas resources.
Time Saving Links:
The METHOD also provides an extensive list of external website links and resources which can be easily found and used - saving the time of having to sift through the internet in search of quality material.
On top of this, The METHOD provides resources which sometimes require preparation time that volunteers do not have at their disposal - with permission slips templates, Health and Safety plans and more one click away.
Methodist DNA:
A big part of The METHOD is its extensive range of resources relating to the Methodist movement - From John Wesley to modern day. Through this, The METHOD aims to assist in educating and informing young people about the story of our church.
